Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to avoid any misunderstandings.
Since our products are digital and non-returnable, we generally do not offer refunds once they have been delivered. However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise. In those cases, we’re here to help.
We will consider refund requests in the following situations:
- Product not delivered. If you haven’t received your product due to an email issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. If we don’t hear from you within that time, we’ll assume the product was successfully delivered.
- Access problems. If you have trouble accessing or unzipping the files, please let us know within 3 days of purchase. If you don’t reach out in time, we’ll consider the delivery successful.
- Major technical issues. If there’s a confirmed bug or error in the product that we’re unable to fix within 72 hours, we’ll either issue a full refund or provide a replacement of equal value. To help us resolve the issue, we may request temporary access. If access is denied, we won’t be able to proceed with a refund.
- Product not as described. If the product does not match the description on our website, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Clear evidence must be provided. We do not issue refunds based on unmet personal expectations beyond the product’s description.
